Payment Policy
- Pay ₹2,000 per head to reserve your seat; remaining balance to be paid at pickup.
- Flight or train bookings must be paid 100% in advance.
- 25% rescheduling charges if informed before 15 days of travel.
- 50% cancellation charges if canceled before 15 days of travel.
- Advance amount is non-refundable but can be adjusted in your next trip.
- Remaining payment must be made at the time of pickup; pending payments may lead to cancellation.
- Only names mentioned at confirmation will be allowed to travel.
Important Notes & Terms
- Government-issued identity (Aadhar or license) and personal & guardian contact numbers required.
- No refunds for any inclusions not availed by the client.
- Travelers are responsible for their luggage and belongings; management is not accountable for missing items.
- Departure times are fixed; travelers must report at pickup point 30 minutes prior.
- Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited during the journey for health and safety.
- Misconduct or indiscipline will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the trip.
- The company is not responsible for delays or changes due to natural hazards, accidents, weather, political closures, or other incidents.
- No insurance is provided for sickness, accidents, theft, or losses.
- Itinerary may change for safety, comfort, or well-being reasons.
- Disruptive behavior causing disturbance may result in removal from the trip.
- The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
